Role Requirements:

Full current Driving Licence

No more than 3 penalty points on your licence

No driving bans in the last 5 years

You must be flexible in your approach to work and prepared to work shifts

You must possess good customer service skills

You must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

You must have a UK/EU passport or leave to remain  and work in the UK
with at least 12 months remaining before the date of expiry

Checkable 5 year work history

CCTV/INSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an outstanding and enthusiastic individual to join the existing CCTV and Insurance teams and support them in dealing with all administrative aspects of incident involving Tower Transit Group staff and fleet vehicles.

Primary responsibilities will be:

  • Establish yourself as a key team player and when required cover all administrative roles within the CCTV/Insurance departments.
  • Proactively support the Department Manager, key stakeholders and the team by ensuring that the administration of incidents is completed in an efficient, effective, compliant and timely manner
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times when dealing with CCTV and Data Protection issues.
  • Support the Department Manager with reporting as necessary
  • Support the departmental teams with day to day issues related to insurance recovery work
  • Be instrumental in monitoring all queries and incident reports using online tools (Green Road, iBus and the Driving Standards Database (DSDB)
  • Support the teams by processing CCTV data requests and ensuring full compliance with company procedures and the data protection act requirements.
  • Establish yourself as a departmental contact for staff and depot managers and answer any queries they may have regarding incident progress and outcomes.
  • Distribute CCTV data to requesting internal and external stakeholders using agreed data distribution processes and procedures
  • Respond to telephone enquiries in a courteous, polite, efficient and timely manner
  • Support the teams in ensuring the companies safety principles are promoted at all times and ensuring they fully appreciate their individual depot health and safety requirements
  • To undertake any additional reasonable duties at the request of the department manager

The salary for this post is £20,000 per annum.  

We are looking for an individual who is professional, enthusiastic and willing to learn and take on new challenges. You will need to be organised and have good communication skills as you will need to work with all employees as well as external stakeholders and members of the public. You will need to be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel and have an interest in existing and emerging technologies. You will also need to be open to changing and dynamic work environment.
